MR. DAVID BRENNAN
David graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History, and earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 1993. David served as law clerk to the General Counsel and Malvern Workers’ Compensation Judges’ office of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and was subsequently promoted to Assistant General Counsel to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. In 1995, he joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin in its workers’ compensation department. In 1998, David joined Billet & Connor P.C. in a similar capacity, handling workers’ compensation and general liability matters. In 2001, he established and managed the firm’s Reading, Pennsylvania office for five years until the formation of Brennan & Associates, P.C. in January 2007.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Berks County Bar Association. He is a member of the Council on Litigation Management, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers Association, Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Harrisburg Claims Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Fairview Counseling and The Play Therapy Center and is President of the Notre Dame Club of Reading. He is also the recipient of the 2010 Distinguished Honoree award for the Berks County Regional Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
He is admitted and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
David and his wife Therese reside in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania with their three sons Joseph, Stephen and Andrew.
